What is a Coaching Session?
My coaching sessions are all about discovering what it is you need to live your best life. Finding what makes you feel truly connected to yourself so you can live a life of fulfilment.
Formerly I worked as a Breakfast Show Presenter on the UK's Heart Radio network, my dream job at the time, so I understand what it means to pursue a dream and work hard to achieve a goal. In 2010 I took a leap of faith, followed my heart and began training as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I have always been psychologically minded and hold a deep and enduring interest in Human psychology, Psychoanalysis, Analytical Psychology and Strategic Intervention. Today I work with all kinds of people from all walks of life, helping them work through their difficulties towards a life they love.
With the ebb and flow of life our circumstances, dreams and aspirations often change. My coaching sessions are all about focusing on your goals, prioritising your emotional wellbeing, evaluating your mental roadblocks and ultimately finding a way to help you connect with and grow your true self. There may be an aching desire within you to connect with who you truly are and pursue a long standing dream, perhaps you want to improve your relationships or perhaps you find yourself stuck, not really knowing whats next or what it is you want from life.
There are many different reasons why people seek a Coach and all of them are valid. As a registered clinician, my skills as a psychotherapist are very beneficial in my work as a Coach, as we work towards a more authentic you and work together in supporting your progress.
We'll talk about a few things: your goals, emotional setbacks, thinking about unconscious sabotage and how we will achieve your best you. You are in a supportive place, where you are the most important person in the room.
One to one Coaching sessions are currently still available and continuing as normal via video call.
